Products for ABI Genetic Analyzers
For ABI analyzers 310, 3100, 3130, 3130xl, 3730 and 3730xl there are offered alterPOP polymers, replacing original POP-4, POP-6 and POP-7 polymers, 10 x Running Buffer (with EDTA), BigDye® Terminator 5x Sequencing Diluter Buffer and DNA standards. All products give perfect results in perfect price.
Alternative products for Applied Biosystems analyzers do not change existing user selected protocols, or set values.
alterPOP Polymers
Applications:
- alterPOP-4 polymer: denaturing DNA fragment analysis (microsatellite and SNP genotyping)
- alterPOP-6 polymer: standard and rapid DNA sequencing
- alterPOP-7 polymer: DNA sequencing and fragment analysis
DNA Standards
Series of DNA Standards contain 15 DNA fragments - 50, 75, 100, 139, 150, 160, 200, 250, 300, 340, 350, 400, 450, 490 and 500 bp. Each band is single-stranded and fluorescence labeled – either with ROX (RX) or Orange (ORG) dye. All DNA standards are ready-to-use and can be aliquoted into the plate well directly - 0.5µl per well.
- DNA Standard RX: is adapted for DNA fragment analysis software, GeneMapper (ABI) and GeneScan (ABI) by using the same parameters as by ABI GeneScan 500 ROX Size Standard.
- DNA Standard ORG: can be used at the same settings as by ABI GeneScan 500 Liz Size Standard.
